Massive Renovation

Renovations took from 2009-2011. Everything but the roof was restored or replaced. The previous renovations in 1964 received historical recognition.

Over $1 million invested in this home since it was last purchased.

No expense was spared and no corners were cut to renovate this house. We were determined not to have 200-year-old problems.
Living Space

Main house was gutted to the original brick wall and ballast rock foundation. Bricks were repointed and new walls were framed in to hold all new plumbing and electrical.

The first floor is single open living area and the second floor is single open bedroom. Each room is approximately 1100sq ft.

Staircase was redesigned and hand crafted

The guest house redesigned into two suites with full sized, double vanity bathrooms. An outside staircase was installed for individual entrance.

Security cameras installed and can be viewed by mobile or TV screen

Balcony was extended to 3 sides of the house and expanded to an unusual 5 feet deep.
